ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Notice under Section 178 (4) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984
Shareholders of Fauji Meat Limited are hereby notified that pursuant to Section 178 (3) and
(4) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the following persons have filed notices with the
Company offering themselves for election as Directors at Annual General Meeting of the
Company to be held on 2 Mar 2015 at FML, Rawalpindi, at 1100 hrs. The Notice for the
subject meeting has already been dispatched to the members on 04 Feb 2015.


Since the number of persons who have offered them to be elected is not more than the
number of directors fixed by the Board under Section 178(1) of Companies Ordinance 1984,
the above named twelve (12) persons shall be deemed to be elected at the forthcoming
Annual General Meeting.
