Call 311 and tell the operator that you want to “request graffiti cleanup of a residence by a non-owner.”
You do not have to own the property to request cleanup. Give them the address and they will confirm the cross
streets. They will give you a 311 number that will begin with the letter “G”.
Fill in the sheet below (call in at least 1 location per week). Each time you call one in, report it to the WRBA by
