Ball Mill at Sikandrabad near Bulandshar (U.P).
 Involvement in erection activities also, as per site requirement.
HARDUAGANJ THERMAL POWER PLANT

 Erection of 2000 MT capacity structure silo outside thermal power plant to transport flyash from power plant to Sikandrabad Grinding Unit.
 Erection & commissioning of fly ash conveying pipe line from ISH to fly ash silo outside
Thermal Power Plant, Dense Phase System and Compressors etc.
 Review of Material test certificates, Internal Inspection report, provide material dispatch
clearance & arrange for transportation.
JAYPEE NIGRE CEMENT GRINDING UNIT

Project aiming to setup a new Grinding Unit of 4.0 MPTA with the combination of Roller Press &
Ball Mill at Nigri (M.P).
 Co-ordination with vendors for releasing of fabrication / erection drawing for timely
execution of Project.
 Man power Planning, Steel consumption requirement planning on monthly basis,
Inspection of fabricated equipments / structure, welding testing, Contractor bill checking
etc.
 Roof girder erection over clinker / cement / fly-ash silo top along with equipments like
Bag filter.

Dynamic Behaviour of Mechanical Damper in an End-Mill

Designing and optimising the configuration of the damper to obtain the
maximum damping effect. Centrifugal forces during high-speed rotation press the flexible fingers
against the inner surface of the tool. Using Analysis of Variance, response surface have been
developed for work done in end-mill.
