Booths
We are asking our businesses to hold “carnival-like” activities for children.
(See below for booth ideas) Remember that you are in charge of
communicating with your businesses, creating a booth activity, collecting
their money, etc. You need to be flexible with each business’s requests,
but DO NOT promise a business anything without speaking to the club first!
When you contact your business, you need to let them know verbally that
there are levels of sponsorship.
Here are the levels of sponsorship:
Bronze sponsorship- $75. Includes small booth and name as a bronze
sponsor.
Silver sponsorship- $100 Includes medium booth and name as a silver
sponsor.
Gold sponsorship- $125 Includes large booth, name as a gold sponsor,
and one volunteer supplied by us
Platinum sponsorship- $150 Includes extra large booth, name as a
platinum sponsor, special recognition at event, and two volunteers
supplied by us. (Recommended for our Partners in Education and the
larger businesses- be careful with this because we don't have tons of
people to supply to volunteer!)
Booths for Galena clubs will also be available, but these will be planned
once school starts. We will charge $10-$20 for a club booth.
Games/Activities: Here are some game ideas. If you have others, (which
I’m sure you do, let me know via email so when businesses ask what type
of activities they can have I can give them an idea.)

Food
We are hoping Texas Roadhouse, Jimmy John’s, and Jamba Juice will
have booths at our festival. We are being open to any agreement the
food places wish to make. (Split profits 50/50, 60/40, etc)
UNICEF
Boxes will be everywhere at the event! Make sure to advertise this to your
businesses since UNICEF is a very well-known organization.
Candy Check Station
Ally is in charge of organizing a candy check station with Kiwanis. We are
hoping they can be at the event to make it safe trick-or-treating!
Raffle
Key Club CANNOT do a raffle, but Kiwanis can, so we again need to
speak with them about this! If not, we have said we are doing a Silent
Auction. (If a business does not want to sponsor us, you can ask if they
would like to donate anything to our silent auction)
 Salons ( nail and hair) coupons
 Pizzeria coupons
 Apple iPod*
 Texas roadhouse gift cards
 Olive Garden gift cards
 Qudoba gift cards
