Objective: Compare personal food intake to recommended dietary guidelines
1. Type into your browser https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/
2. Click the blue box that says create your profile
3. Fill out ALL the information (truthfully) for your personal profile and registration information
(email is optional) Write down your username and password.
4. Click submit at the bottom of the page
5. Begin entering in the foods and beverages you consumed for one whole day by individually
typing the foods in FOOD TRACKER box then click GO. Choose from the list of foods under the
SEARCH RESULTS. Try to be as specific as possible.
6. Select the food you ate, the quantity, and size then ADD it to breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
7. Repeat steps 5-6 for everything you ate and drank for one day.
8. Click HOME close to the top of the page
9. Enter your physical activity into the PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TRACKER.
10-12. Fill out the information in the charts at the top of the page into the charts provided.
