are some exception within the Western Australian Academy of
Performing Arts (WAAPA).

Students must be enrolled in units that equal a minimum of 45 and
maximum of 60 credit points per semester. Units are generally weighted
with 15 credit points however there are some exceptions. Please consult
the Handbook (http://handbook.ecu.edu.au) to check how many credit
points a unit has.

Health insurance requirements
There is no set date for the release of transcripts as the exam period
varies each semester. It is anticipated that transcripts will be received
by your International Office by approx August for Semester 1 and
December for Semester 2.

Housing:
Do you provide on-campus
housing?
x Yes (If yes, what kind of housing is available to exchange students?)
There is a student village available on the Joondalup, Mount Lawley
and South West (Bunbury) campuses. Standard undergraduate units
contain 6 single, lockable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a communal
kitchen and living area.
Bedrooms are equipped with bed, study desk/chair, lamp, bookshelves,
built in wardrobe, drawers, mirror, electric heater.

Students may apply directly to the Village or may choose to send their
Housing application with there ECU application and we will ensure the
Housing office receives the application

This is a complimentary service provided by ECU International and we
can take students to the Village (during business hours), to private
accommodation or to temporary accommodation.
NB. Students who have been accepted into the Village and arrive after
3.30pm (Monday to Friday) or on Saturday/Sunday, will be required to
book into temporary accommodation for the night/s. A complimentary
shuttle service will take students to the Village on the next available
working day.
