Minutes 1.1 Leadership Throughout the Organisation 1.1.1 Develop a leadership strategy that enables development of staff to operate in an empowered environment: - Right people, right job - Succession Planning - Goal Setting - TEFMA, LEAP. 1.2 1.2.1 Undertake the F&S employee survey, analyse the results along with the ECU staff survey and implement improvement actions. 1.3.1 Facilitate and assist the development and implementation of a Sustainable Communities Plan for ECU and implement Environmental Management Programs. 1.3.2 Achieve third party certification to ISO14001 for F&S. 1.3.3 Develop an approach for community engagement and partnerships which is relevant to F&S.
