Management of operations and business in the form of project is becoming more common and popular technology
of management. Project management - one of the most dynamic management disciplines, so that managers need
excellent knowledge and possession of the most modern management technologies! People always carry out
projects without even knowing what it means. Projects are characterized by setting clearly defined goals,
predetermined intervals, the use of human resources. These features were inherent, perhaps even the
construction of the Egyptian pyramids. Implementation of both large and small projects is based on common laws
and practices, which is dedicated to our seminars.

of creating and managing the project team, leadership, motivation of employees. Management on the basis of this
knowledge will ensure the effective implementation of the project on time.
