ROSS GITTINS Ross Gittins has been Economics Editor of The Sydney Morning Herald since 1978. His journalistic experience includes editorial writing and stints in the parliamentary press galleries in Sydneyand Canberra.He has a BCom degree from the University of Newcastle and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia TIM RILEY Tim Riley is the Director of Tim Riley Publications Pty Ltd and the Economic Literacy Centre. He is the author of Year 11 and 12 Economics textbook and workbook series as well as the organiser of many professional development conferences in Economics and Business Studies for both teachers and students. Tim has a Master's degree from Macquarie University and experience in teaching, writing and publishing the subject matter of economics for Australian schools and colleges.
