e) The next step is to think of each area of your school or life experiences within those eight
circles. Extend at least two offshoot circles for each of the original eight categories, using detailed
examples that represent the eight categories
(e.g., Paid work = babysitting, newspaper route).
Fill in each offshoot circle with a meaningful experience. Be sure there are 16 extended circles.
Do not repeat the same words in the offshoots and be very clear in stating each activity. Think
about your career in terms of credentials you have that could be included in these circles. Be
creative; use small images (google, clip art) to explain the activities.
If you cannot think of one activity to fill in from your school/life experience so far, put an answer that may
represent a realistic future goal within the next five years or so.

Write at least three sentences with a personal commentary and/or a personal
experience to enhance your definitions. Include these definitions on the career wheel.
