University of Houston Department of Mathematics presents UHouston Math Circle What is a math circle? An opportunity for motivated high school students to interact with math professionals. Math circles use group discussion, and interactive problem solving to explore topics outside the typical high school curriculum. Who can attend? Mathematically-minded high school students who enjoy challenging themselves beyond their school curriculum. Teachers and parents are also invited. When? Fall 2011.
