I shall be personally responsible and liable for the conduct and acts of my family and guests while they are at Hoodkroft Country
Club, and I shall be held responsible for infractions by them of the terms of this application and the published rules of the Club. I
understand that the Hoodkroft golfing season runs from April 1 and November 30 of each year.
In the event that my membership is suspended or terminated for infractions of the published rules or for breach of the terms of
this application, it is understood that I shall not be entitled to a refund of my fees for the period of such suspension, nor shall I be
entitled to a refund of the fee in the event of termination .

HOODKROFT COUNTRY CLUB 2015 MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
1.
Full Family Membership. This is a two (2) person membership limited to the following: a husband and wife, a father and child, or a mother
and child. A child is defined as a son or daughter eighteen (18) or less or nineteen (19) to twenty-three (23) years of age, if attending day
school beyond the high-school level as a full-time student. The cost for each additional child is $248. (Junior Status applies) Privileges
include use of all club facilities seven (7) days a week, advance weekend and holiday tee times.
2.
Senior Couple Membership. Couple membership – either married person being sixty-two (62) years of age or older. Privileges include
use of all club facilities Monday through Friday (except holidays).
3.
Full Single Membership. Any person eighteen (18) years of age or older. Privileges include use of all club facilities seven (7) days a
week, advance weekend and holiday tee times.
4.
Weekday Single Membership. Any person eighteen (18) years of age or older. Privileges include use of all club facilities Monday through
Friday (except holidays).
5.
Senior Membership. Any person sixty-two (62) years of age or older. Privileges include use of all club facilities Monday through Friday
(except holidays).
6.
Modified Junior. Any person age nineteen (19) through age forty (40) not attending day school beyond the high-school level as a full-time
student . Privileges include use of all club facilities seven (7) days a week, advance weekend and holiday tee times.
7.
Junior Membership. Any person age eighteen (18) or less attending high school, or nineteen (19) to twenty-three
(23) years of age, if attending day school beyond the high-school level as a full-time student. Privileges include use of all club facilities
seven (7) days a week.
** Tee time privileges for Junior members and for Extra child included on a Full Family Membership (see 1 above) are restricted to play
after 1:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Backroom members are eligible for full membership thru this promotional rate.
Preferred members may upgrade to full members at the first year discounted rate one time only.
The promotional first year rate cannot be combined with any other early payment or stockholder discounts and
must be paid in full prior to taking effect.
