employees of the Microsoft. The project also uses the Web Services to fetch the
data and to complete some remote operations on the server

MS Order Validation Engine has been designed to validate orders from EDI and
Web Based MS Customers. The Order validation is based on a number of business
rules. The application is database intensive and also interacts with other systems
such as the RIO and SAP.
The project required intensive functional development & testing. The
development includes writing stored procedures, database functions triggers and
.NET C# code. Testing was done both manually as well as through a customized
testing tool. The tool is also a part of development. Creating IDOCs to match the
test cases was also part of the process.
