BOOKS Sexual Harassment Prevention Pack for the Hospitality Industry This information kit contains two leaflets on sexual harassment, and covers issues pertaining to policy and practice; procedures for handing initial complaints; and complaints to the Human Rights Commission. The study provides a description of the nature, context and impact of sexual harassment complaints in New Zealand. It reveals important trends about where harassment is occurring most, who is responsible and the impacts on victims and society. The research found that the turnover rate for operational employees was 50.74% and 39.19% for executives, supervisors and departmental managers. The average cost associated with replacing managerial staff was $109,909 per hotel per annum.
