Library Partnership Development (LPD) Planning Matrix for Strengthening the First Year Experience at DeVry University This matrix is a tool to plan the benefits and program effectiveness of potential partnerships for the library with internal and external partners. Completed LPD forms are reviewed by the Library Committee, Library Director and Dean of Academic Affairs.
