Qualification and condition of personnel in charge of executing test Personnel in charge of executing test shall have qualification or condition listed in the Radio Law Appendix No. 4 or which Our Company recognizes to have knowledge and experience equivalent to condition listed in the same table. Describe name, qualification or condition of personnel in charge of executing test with reference to the following table. ○ Radio Law (related to Article 38, Section 3 and Article 38, Section 8) 1. Person who has completed education in radio communications in university (Excluding junior college. Same in Paragraph 4.) according to the School Education Law or university according to the previous University Decree (Royal Decree No. 388. 1918) and graduated, or person who has a qualification of first class land radio professional engineer and experience of engaging in testing work, adjustment or maintenance of radio equipment for at least three years. 2. Person who has completed education in radio communications in junior college or higher technical school according to the School Education Law or professional school according to the previous Professional School Decree (Royal Decree No. 61. 1903) and graduated, or person who has a qualification of first class general wireless operator, first class marine wireless operator or second class land radio professional engineer, and experience of engaging in testing work, adjustment or maintenance of radio equipment for at least five years. 3. Person who has a certification that the person has a qualification, which was issued by a foreign governmental organization, equivalent to the qualification listed in the previous paragraph, and experience of engaging in testing work, adjustment or maintenance of radio equipment for at least five years. 4. Person who has completed education in radio communications in a foreign school equivalent to college according to the School Education Law and graduated, and has experience of engaging in testing work, adjustment or maintenance of radio equipment for at least three years. 5. Person who has completed education in radio communications in a foreign school equivalent to a junior college or higher technical school according to the School Education Law and graduated, and has experience of engaging in testing work, adjustment or maintenance of radio equipment for at least five years. 2.
