第一幕：在古老的中国，有一位女子，名
叫「花木兰」
，身为花家大女儿，她一直很
期待自己能花家带来荣耀。不过就在北方
匈奴来犯，国家正大举征兵的时候，木兰
年迈的父亲竟也被徵召上战场，花木兰害
怕父亲会一去不返，便趁着午夜假扮成男
装，偷走父亲的盔甲，代替父亲上战场去。
第二幕：从军之后，起初不习惯大男子的
生活习性，但随后为了花家荣誉，靠着自
己的坚持的毅力与耐性，通过了许多困难
的训练与考验，也成为军中不可或缺的大
将。
第三幕：过了一段时间，我们打赢了匈奴，
被皇上邀请去皇宫赴宴，可谁知单于竟仍
活着，混在庆功的腰鼓队里，借打腰鼓的
机会，绑架皇上。可谁知单于被李将军认
出，便让木兰、尧、灵三人男扮女装，以
美人计杀了单于，并解救了皇上。皇上加
封，木兰身份被揭穿。可因木兰救了皇上，
救了国家，皇上赐予她一把单于的剑与一
串护身项链。
第四幕：木兰回家，把剑与项链献给父亲，
父亲为有这样一个女儿感到骄傲。正当这
时，李将军出现，以还帽的理由向木兰表
白。最后这对新人受到所有人的祝福！

Mulan joined the army for his father, because
there are not any brothers in the Fa Family. She
dressed up as a man , then she came into the army.
The exercises were too difficult for Mulan to do.
But she practiced very hard because of the honor of
the Fa Family. A few months later, they won the
Huns. They were invited to the imperial city to
celebrate the victory. But we didn't know Shan-yu
was still alive, he wanted to kill the emperor. When
we noticed this, we pretended the beauty from the
western region and killed Shan-yu. Then the
emperor wanted to confer some titles to them. At
that time, they knew Mulan was a woman, but she
saved the country. Emperor sent her some presents.
After that, Mulan went home, father was very
happy. And at last, general Li and Mulan fell in
love.

Act1
Narrate: The Huns is coming to invade the country! They are very strong but we only
have a few soldiers. So the emperor of the Sui Dynasty decided to build up a new
army. He announces one man of every family must serve in the army and ask General
Li to do this work. (李将军带领军队到了木兰住的村庄.一阵骚动,大家都出来了)
Mulan: What is that?
Fa Li: Mulan, stay inside
General Li: Citizens bring you a proclamation (宣布) from the Imperial (皇帝
的) City: the Huns have invaded China.
Townspeople: Oh No! (作摇头状)
General Li: By order of the emperor. One man of every family must serve in the army.
(Oh no!)The Xiao Family, the Yi Family
General Li: The Fa family.
Mulan: No!
Fa Zhou: I’m ready to serve the emperor
Mulan: Father, you can’t go!
Fa Zhou: Mulan!
Mulan: Please Sir My father has already 50 years……
General Li: Silence! You would do well to teach your daughter to hold her tongue(舌
头) in a man’s world.
Fa Zhou: Mulan, you dishonor me!
General Li: Report tomorrow, at WuShu Camp.
Fa Zhou: Yes sir!
(木兰的父亲在家里练剑,不慎摔倒,木兰在一旁看,然后冲过去将父亲扶起)
Mulan: You shouldn’t have to go!
Fa Zhou: Mulan! (很无奈)
Mulan: There are plenty of young men to fight for China!
Fa Zhou: It’s an honor to protect my country and my family. (坚定)
Mulan: So you will die for honor! (生气)
Fa Zhou: I will DIE (强调) doing what’s right!
Mulan: But if you……
Fa Zhou: I know my place, it’s time you learned yours. (抚摩她的头发,给她一
个护身符)
Narrate: At night, Mulan is sad. She wants to have an idea to help his father.
Mulan: What should I do to help my father? I’m a girl so I can’t fight for our
country…… (过了一会) But, if I’m a boy, I can do that. Wait, why can’t I be
a boy?
(对着镜子把头发扎起，拿着诏书和剑，在床头柜上留了条子，离开.)
Narrate: In the mid-night, Mulan’s mother got up but she found Mulan was not in
and she took her father’s sword and the report.
Fa Li: Mulan is gone (惊异)
Fa Zhou: What? It can’t be! Mulan! No! (冲出门去,摔倒在地)
Fa Zhou: You must go after her! She could be killed! (趴在地上,对木兰母亲说
)
Fa Zhou: If I reveal her she will be. (母亲追出去后,趴在地上自言自语)

Li: Ancestors, hear our prayer. Watch over Mulan. (双手合一)
Zhou: It’s terrible, if Mulan……
Li: Don’t worry. The Ancestors will look after her because of the amulet.
Zhou: Ok. We can only watch the action.
Act2
(背景音乐 big big girl)
Mulan: Okay, okay, how about this? Ahem, excuse me, where do I sign in? Hah, see
you have a sword. I have one too. They’re very manly and tough. I
’m working on it. Who am I fooling? It’s going to take a miracle to get me into
the army. (练习讲话,引出木须龙)
Mushu: Did I hear someone ask for a miracle!? Let me hear you say aye!
Mulan: Ahhhhhhhh (大笑)
Mushu: That’s close enough.
Mulan: Ghost！
Mushu: Get ready Mulan, your serpentine salvation is at hand. For I have been sent
by your ancestors. To guide you through your masquerade. Come on, you’re gonna
work. Heed my word, because if the army finds out that you are a girl, you will
die.
Narrate: They arrived at the camp. But Mulan was late. The camp was too noisy to
hear what General Li is saying.
General Li: Is everybody here? (轻) Is everybody here? (中) Is everybody here (大
声吼叫)
合:Yes Sir! (声音很响)
General Li: Now we will have a calling. The Xiao Family, (Here) the Yi Family, (Here)
the Fa Family… The Fa Family? The Fa Family…… (吼叫)
Mulan: Oh, oh(变声), oh I am here. (很抱歉)
Chi fu: I don’t remember there is a son in the Fa Family. (诧异)
Hey, what’s your name guy?
Mulan: uh……. My name is, is…… (木须龙搞怪发出“砰”地一声)
General Li: Ping? Okay, Ping you’re late.
Yao: Hi! I’m Yao. Mulan: Ping. (握手)
Ling: I’m Ling. Nice to meet you. （凑上前去）
Mulan; Uh…. Nice to meet you too. I’m Ping.（同时与两人握手）
Narrate: The Second day.
General Li: Order people, order! (很大声)
Is everybody here?
All Soldiers: Yeah.
General Li: Soldiers. You will assemble swiftly and silent every morning. Anyone
who acts other wise will answer to me. Now we will have a warm-up.
(广播体操音乐，开始做操)
General Li：You know the Huns are very strong, so we must learn how to fight with
them. (be a man)
(编一套棍操)
Act3
(拉德茨基进行曲/凯旋进行曲/马刀舞曲/轻骑兵序曲)
Narrate: The Army fought against Huns and won the wars. So the Emperor is going
to hold a party for celebrating the victory.
S1: General Li, we succeed in the war against the Huns. So the Emperor wants you
and your soldiers to go back to the Imperial City.
General Li: Got it! We’ll set out as soon as we pack the bags.
(士兵走，李将军同士兵们讲话)
General Li：Hey guys. Good news for all of us. We’ll go to the Imperial City and
attend a big party for the victory.
Soldiers: Hooray!
Narrate: However, no one knows the head of the enemy army Shan-yu is still alive.
He, together with a gang of people muddles into the crowd and wants to kill the
Emperor to turn around the situation. All the people are immersed in a happy
atmosphere.
（入场就坐，单于混在腰鼓队里打腰鼓,在背后拔出一把刀，被李将军看到）
General Li: Look! Who is the man with a dagger?
Mulan: It seems to Shan-yu!
Soldiers: Shan-yu? Oh no! General Li: Silence! The Emperor is in danger. It’s our
show time!
All: Yes, sir!
Ling&Yao: Let’s go! I can’t wait to have a big fight.
General Li: Wait! We can’t do that because we are weaker than Shan-yu in strength,
but as I know, Shan-yu has a fatal weakness. (致命弱点)
We can…
… (凑在一起，讲话) : Oh! Oh! Yes! Yes!
(单于拿腰鼓打皇上，皇上打晕了，又从口袋里面拿出绳子，绑架皇上)
General Li: E……emperor……r, the beauty from western region is coming.
(单于一把推开皇上)
Shan-yu: Oh? Oh! Ha~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (跳进舞池)
(李将军向皇上使眼色，木兰及朋友围住单于，把他杀了)
Shan-yu: (死之前说) How ugly the concubines are!
(张、解解救皇上，砍断绳子，皇上得救！)
Emperor: Oh! Oh (掸灰) Thank you! Thank you! Oh! I want to confer some titles to
you. But could you tell me who you are? You look so …… Strange!
Solders: Oh my lord. I’m Ling.
I’m Yao.
Mulan: I’m Mulan. Actually, this is my real face.
Emperor: What? You mean you are a woman?
Mulan: Yes, I am.
Emperor: How… How can a woman join in the army? How can you cheat me!
众人:(下跪) My lord, please calm your anger.
Emperor: Shut-up! Take him, no… her to me. (众人压木兰上)
Emperor: You (语气很凶) It’s you! You save my life, save my people and save my
country! I have to say thank you my honorable daughter.
Mulan: Oh! It’s I should say thank you.
Emperor: Since you are a girl. I will give you a special reward. What do you want,
my Mulan?
Mulan: I don’t need gold or farm. My only design is t go home and see my parents.
Emperor: Ok. I will realize your dream. Then take this, so your family will know

for China.
Mulan: Thank you my lord.
(皇上挥挥手，木兰走了。李将军目不转睛地看着她)
Emperor: The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all.
General Li: Sir?
Emperor: You don’t meet a girl like that every dynasty. (拍拍李将军的肩，转
身，离开)
Act4
(Only Love)
Narrate: Everything is over. Now Mulan has got home.
(木父坐，一朵花飘落在地上，捡起时，看到木兰)
Fa Zhou: Mulan! You do come hone? (木兰在远处)
Mulan: Yes, my dear parents. I’ve come.（抱住，仨人一起哭）
Mulan: This is Shan-yu’s sword. The gift is to honor our Fa family.
Fa Zhou: The greatest gift and hour is history you for a daughter.
Fa Li: Great! She brought over a sword. If she asks me, she should brought over
a man.
General Li: Does Fa Mulan line here?
(木母呆掉)
Mulan: Why do you come here?
General Li: Uh ……you helmet……you forget your helmet but well actually I mean,
maybe this will be more suitable for you （送花）
Mulan: Thank you Uh……would you like to stay for dinner.
General Li: Uh……
Fa Li: And would you like to stay forever.
General Li: For dinner? Great!
(Reflection 音乐，大家上场，送花，跳舞)
