Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities University of Warsaw Prof. Zbigniew Lewicki AMERICAN CIVILIZATION II Lecture schedule Examination will be based on the content of lectures: there is no one textbook/handbook for the course. You can use just about any university-level handbook for American History, but material from fields of art, literature, etc. has to be found elsewhere. If you need it, the lecturer will assist you with your search. Below you can find a list of common names and useful terms included in the lecture. All readings are recommended – and obligatory for one form of the examination (see info). The final examination will cover so much material that any attempt to catch up with readings at the last minute is bound to result in failure.
