Orders may be sent directly to HP for fulfillment with a Partners’ Locators ID # or name if they influenced or assisted with
the order.
For orders sent to HP Directly, please include the Partner’s Locator ID# or name on the Purchase Order (PO) if they
assisted.
Orders sent to Agent:
For orders sent to an Agent, PO is written out to HP with the Agent’s locator ID # or name listed and the Agent will forward
to HP. Orders sent through an Agent will be fulfilled and invoiced by HP.
Orders sent to a Reseller:
For orders sent through a Reseller, the PO may be written out to the Reseller, HP will fulfill and ship, but the Reseller will
invoice.
