Look for new talent by searching on different online resume databases including Monster, BirdDog HR,
WorkInTexas.com, prescreen resumes for engineers and Operations Coordinator
Prepare regular and last minute travel arrangements for technicians and Operations staff
Support Operations department with ad hoc requests and reports using Excel and Word
Project management tasks including prescreen and preapprove timesheets and send to account managers for
final approval
Preform and record technician quarterly evaluations together with account managers
Record training videos, provide training class materials, order catering
Interact with nationwide state, city and county licensing regulatory members
Accurate and on time renewal of national technician licenses, submit new applications as well as responsible for
renewal of all company contractor licenses, set up CEO to renew his personal licenses, prepare state annual
reports, apply and maintain city business license applications, schedule electrical inspections

Professional Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

 Project management tasks including checking time sheets for project personnel, ensure deadlines are met,
approve customer invoices, administer and oversee weekly online chat hours for online training classes
 Prepare and present projects and reports to management by using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
 Conduct phone surveys and post-training feedback phone calls, sell training, consulting, and workshop services
 Coordinate and maintain training, online and live demonstration schedules with trainers, consultants and sales

 Handle all training preparations such as provide customers with access to online training, produce and order
