Access Plus: Availability is updated by the hotel in Worldspan's
database; confirmation is returned *before* ET.
Basic Associates: Availability is updated by the hotel in
Worldspan's database; confirmation is returned *after* ET.
Integrated Source with range:
A = available, C= Closed, O= rates other than what was requested
are available, R= on request.
Rate Range represents the low-high rate for the specific property
and when the * appears on the rate line it indicates rates returned
from supplier system.
