Caring for Yourself, Caring for Others…
MBSR is offered in many hospitals, universities, businesses and other settings throughout the United States and the world. It is modeled after the program developed by Jon
Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts’ Center for Mindfulness. It has been offered at UIHC since 1996 and at the CCOM since 2006.
