ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Nedurumalli Balakrishna Reddy Institute of
Science & Technology, sponsored by Harijana
Vidyarthi Udharaka Sangam, Vakadu founded
by Padmasri Nedurumalli Balakrishna Reddy,was
established in 1979. The Institute is located in a
sprawling185 acre site on the bank of the river
Swarnamukhi at Vidyanagar near Vakadu, Nellore
District, Andhra Pradesh.
N.B.K.R.Institute of Science & Technology
has earned a reputation as an Institution of Excellence
in Andhra Pradesh. Since its inception, utmost
importance has been given to discipline and quality
education.
The Institution is approved by AICTE and
permanently affiliated to Sri Venkateswara
University, Tirupati and its courses have been

The objective of this programme is to help
young teachers gain sound understanding of the
basic principles of “Signal Processing and
applications”. It also provides an opportunity for
researchers to exchange ideas in the field of Signal
Processing and related fields.
Contents :
The Programme provides expert Lectures on
the topics mentioned below, which will provide a
good understanding of the latest issues relevant to
Signal Processing and its Applications.
 Review of DFT & FFT
 Filter Design
 Multi rate Signal Processing
 Finite Word Length Effect
 Power Spectral Estimation
 Adaptive Signal Processing.
Faculty :
Resource persons are drawn from Universities,
I.I.T’s, N.I.T’s and also from the host college and
from other Colleges,. There will be an Industrial
trip to SHAR, Sriharikota or NARL, Tirupati in
addition to Laboratory sessions.
Eligibility :
 Course is open to all teachers from AICTE
recognized engineering institutions.
 Free Board and Lodging for all participants.
 To and Fro II Class Sleeper fare will be paid
through shortest route.
 Women
participants
will
be
given
accommodation in the ladies hostel.
