Dear Faculty Members and Instructors,
The Centre for Teaching Excellence (formerly TRACE and LT3) and the Instructional
Technologies and Multimedia Services group (within IST) would like to obtain your
feedback on using UW-ACE. The information you provide will be used to help improve
UW-ACE for future use.
How to access the survey: The survey will appear in UW-ACE between Monday,
March 26th and Friday, April 6th, as a course called “Survey of Instructors”.
If you agree to participate, you will be asked questions about your experience regarding
your use of UW-ACE. Please note the following:
 The survey is anonymous.
 You are given the opportunity to provide your name if you choose to do so.
 You will notice that “NA” (not applicable) is the default answer to all
multiple choice questions – if the question asks about an element of UW-ACE
that you have not used, please leave the answer as “NA.”
 Your participation in this survey should take approximately 10-20 minutes.
You may decline to answer particular questions if you wish, and you can withdraw from
participation at any time. Participation in this survey is voluntary and the final decision to
participate is yours. Your information will be obtained anonymously and the cumulated
data will be stored on a secure server. If you have any general questions or comments
