9. However, during his incumbency as a public official, Joseph

Treasury bills, investment accounts and/or commercial papers in his name, or in his different aliases, or in numbered/letter accounts or in the name of or jointly with his wife or in the name of his mistresses, in the amount of at least P10 Billion.
10
10. The astronomical amount of P10 Billion is almost 17,000 times the annual salary of Joseph E. Estrada of P520,000.00 as Vice-
President and P577,110.00 as President (inclusive of his 13 th month pay) and is manifestly and inordinately out of proportion to his salary as a public official and to his other lawful income and any income from legitimately acquired property as declared in his Statement of Assets,
Liabilities and Networth.
11. In his savings account (no. 0160-62501-5) with Equitable
PCIBank alone, Joseph E. Estrada using the alias Jose Velarde amassed at least P3.2 Billion from August 1999 to November 2000.
12. Joseph E. Estrada also has, in his name or in his different aliases or in the name of or jointly with his wife, Luisa P. Ejercito, approximately US$3 Million in a foreign currency deposit account at the
Greenhills Branch of Citibank, N.A.
13. Complainants are informed and therefore allege that Joseph
E. Estrada has other monies in other banks in his name, in his different aliases or in numbered/letter accounts or held in the name of or jointly with his wife, his mistresses and cronies which can be shown through subpoena. Such banks include, but are not limited to, Rizal Commercial
Banking Corporation, MetroBank, Security Bank and Trust Co., Allied
Bank, Bank of Commerce, United Coconut Planters Bank, Asia United

11
14. During his incumbency, Joseph E. Estrada further obtained and transferred unlawfully acquired monies and properties to his mistresses, among whom are: Laarni Enriquez, Guia Gomez, Joy
Melendrez, Peachy Osorio and Rowena Lopez, and his illegitimate children.
14.1 Some of these properties which are housed in thinly capitalized dummy corporations or titled in the names of cronies, dummies or trustees, are located at:
(a) 73 Swallow Drive, Green Meadows Subdivision,
Quezon City;
(b) 2 Molave cor. Banaba Street, Forbes Park, Makati City;
(c) 70 Mindoro St., Manila Marina Bay, Parañaque City;
(d) 30-D Cleveland Towers, Marina Bay, Parañaque City;
(e) 175 Wilson cor. Asinas Street, San Juan, Metro
Manila;
(f) 421 Gomezville and 844 Balagtas St., Addition Hills,

14.2
Some of the monies were deposited in various banks, among which include:
(a) Philippine Savings Bank account no. 018-0409099-3, in the name of Laarni Enriquez; and
(b) Metrobank Acropolis Branch account no. 7-26650066-
8 in the name of Royal Era Entertainment.
12
Equitable Bank, Joseph E. Estrada also caused the purchase of the following real properties with the assistance of cronies and the use of thinly capitalized dummy corporations to conceal his beneficial ownership thereof:
15. Using funds from savings account no. 0160-62501-5 with
15.1 Through an Equitable Bank check dated October 5,
1999 (Annex “D”), P142 Million was coursed to Jose Luis J. Yulo, who upon clearance of the check, transferred the amount on
October 8, 1999 to St. Peter Holdings Corporation (Annex “D-1”), which then used the amount to purchase three managers checks amounting to P142 Million (Annex “D-2” to Annex “D-8”) to purchase a huge house and lot located at 100 11 th Street, New
Manila, Quezon City (Annex “D-9”), otherwise known as the
Boracay Mansion.
St. Peter Holdings Corporation is a thinly capitalized dummy corporation (Annex “D-10”) organized by the attorneys of Joseph
E. Estrada to house and conceal his beneficial ownership over said
Boracay Mansion.
15.2 Through a written instruction to Equitable Bank, P100
Million was withdrawn on May 31, 2000 to purchase a manager’s check payable to Bank of Commerce to partly pay for the acquisition of a property located at 518 Buendia Extension, North
Forbes, Makati City.
13
16. Using funds from said savings account no. 0160-62501-5 with Equitable Bank, Joseph E. Estrada transferred on February 4, 2000
P500 Million (Annex “E”) to an Investment Management Account (Annex
“E-1”) which, according to Ms. Clarissa Ocampo, Joseph E. Estrada opened using his alias Jose Velarde (Annex “E-2”) with specific instructions to lend such amount to the Wellex Group of Companies
(Annex “E-3”).
17. Using funds under his fictitious names and/or using his cronies, Joseph E. Estrada further remitted:
17.1 Approximately P70 Million to Becks Resources
Corporation which then applied for managers checks to purchase on June 2, 2000 a real property located at 973-975 Stanford
Street, Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City. (Annex “F”)
Becks Resources Corporation is another thinly capitalized dummy corporation (Annex “F-1”) organized by the attorneys of
Joseph E. Estrada to house and conceal his beneficial ownership over said Stanford property.
17.2 Approximately P50 Million through Verdant Forest
Highlands which then purchased on December 29, 1997 a real property located at 551 Wack Wack St., Wack Wack, Mandaluyong
City. (Annex “G”)
14
Verdant Forest Highlands is another thinly capitalized dummy corporation (Annex “G-1”) organized by the attorneys of
Joseph E. Estrada to house and conceal his beneficial ownership over said Wack Wack property.
17.3 Approximately P38 Million through FVC Realty and
