Pursuant to Administrative

Order
No. 40 dated
16 July 2013 entitled
of Interim Transport Terminals in Preparation
System Under Executive
Order
for
(EO) No. 67 (s.20 12),
Commonwealth Act No. 146, as amended, and Executive Order No. 202, the
Board, in the exercise of its regulatory powers, hereby directs the following:
a)
All Provincial Public utility Buses (PPUBs) originating from
provinces south of Metro Manila entering via Coastal Road and/or
Manila Cavite Expressway as per Annex "A" hereof shall end their routes
at the Southwest Interim Transport Terminal (Sin) at Uniwide Coastal Mall,
Baclaran, Paranaque City from the date the Metro Manila Development
Authority (MMDA) has determined that sin is fully operational;

b)
City PUBswhose routes are near or adjacent to sin as per
Annex "B" and "B-1" hereof are ordered to pass through the said
terminal to facilitate the transfer of passengers.
The Certificates of Public Convenience of PPUBslisted in Annex "A" hereof
are hereby deemed amended by shortening their end routes to sin as abovestated.
The CPCs of the operators of PPUBsfound violating this Memorandum
Circular shall be cancelled after due notice and hearing.

ThisMemorandum Circular supersedes, amends, and/or modifies previous
circulars, if any, as well as all other issuances or parts thereof which are
inconsistent herewith and shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its
publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines and filing of
three (3) copies thereof to the UPLaw Center for recording purposes, pursuant
to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11,dated October 9, 1992.
