 Managing day-day running of the nursery of 65 children, including all financial

I worked at Putney Day Nursery for 17 months as my first role as a Manager. At the

the year before. Such achievements proved I had the skills to make positive changes
to a setting and lead a team to provide high standards of care and education by
improving the overall quality. During my managerial role at Putney, its occupancy
increased from 35% to 65%. After 17 months I was requested to move to Balham Day
