The J.M. Smucker Company is the first Oracle customer to deploy the new Application Integration Architecture (AIA) with Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Oracle Trade Promotion Management. By using AIA and deploying Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Oracle Trade Promotion Management and Oracle Trade Management, The J.M. Smucker Company is able to execute accurate and timely promotions, maintain a complete and consistent view of customer data, achieve improved management of trade funds, easily resolve invoice deductions and enhance analytical capabilities. For the initial project, the company utilized its previous implementation of the Oracle(r) E- Business Suite and deployed Siebel 8.0.
