i. Image setup
Graphic size(visual area) is in 100% actual size provided in the art template file
Canopy Top: 120” x 72“ (304cm x 184cm)
Valance: 118” x 15“ (307cm x 35cm)
Back Wall: 118” x 86“ (308cm x 205cm)
Siderail: 118” x 39“ (300cm x 108cm)
ii. Placed Images
Resolution: Placed images should have a resolution of at least 100 pixels per inch or higher
at full size for best graphic printing quality.
Scan/Photoshop files should be saved in CMYK mode. When placing files in Illustrator,
DO NOT PARSE OR EMBED the file.
Text: All text must be converted to outlines.
Color Matching: Any critical colors must be called out as a CMYK code.
iii. Correct File Format
PDF and high-resolution JPEG are the best formats to submit your artwork file.
However, we also accept the following file formats:
.AI ILLUSTRATOR CS
.EPS ILLUSTRATOR CS
.TIFF PHOTOSHOP CS
iv. ATTENTION
Please extend background colors / images to the outer line of the shape.
The dashed line is an indicator of the trim line. DO NOT place important images outside
of the dashed line around the edge. The area outside the dashed line will be trimmed off
during the production process.
Please remove the dashed line on the final artwork file.
