UCSD Sixth College Requirement Checklist At Sixth College, our academic advising mission is to develop personal and caring relationships with students and to help them achieve educational, career, and life goals. In order to make this possible, students are expected to: be aware of their Major, College, and University requirements, meet regularly with Major and College advising staff, and come prepared to each advising appointment.
