ORTHOTIC HOLDINGS INC. ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OF THE APEX FOOT HEALTH & WELLNESS
DIVISION OF AETREX WORLDWIDE INC.
Teaneck, NJ - March 2, 2015 - Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), a Frazier Healthcare company and a leading
comprehensive provider of orthotics and customized footwear, has purchased the Apex Foot Health &
Wellness division of Aetrex Worldwide Inc. The new entity will be known as Apex Foot Heath Industries,
LLC.

The transition is expected to be seamless and efficient with no disruption to customers and patients.
The Aetrex Management team will continue to serve as senior strategic advisors to OHI and the new
operation will remain at Apex’s current location in Teaneck, NJ, continuing to provide excellent
customer service, support and quality.
