Review Guide for English 10 Final Exam
Be sure you are familiar with all the stories you read this semester. If there are any that you did
not completely understand, go back and re-read.

Internet address endings and their significance (.edu, .com, .gov, .org)

Correct and incorrect capitalization
Be able to use context clues of a sentence to figure out the meaning of a word you are unfamiliar
with.
Review the rules for capitalization and punctuation.
There will be one essay on the exam. This is not the exact question or prompt, but be familiar
with the theme of Hellen Keller’s “The Story of My Life.” More detail will be given on the test.
