CHICAGO, IL (February 18, 2009) Hillside Town Center, a 350,000 square foot power center
located in the Chicago near-west suburb of Hillside, Illinois and anchored by Super Target, will
celebrate its Grand Opening on Sunday, March 8, 2009.
Sierra Realty Advisors’ Joe Grody represented the Landlord, Metro Commons, LLC, in leasing
the shopping center. Tenants include Super Target, Petco, Michaels, Staples, The RoomPlace (by
Harlem Furniture), Panda Express, Qdoba Mexican Grill, American Mattress, Visionworks,
GameStop, and Sally Beauty.
Hillside Town Center is located on Mannheim Road, directly off Interstate 290 (Eisenhower
Expressway) and has incredible visibility. Interstate 290 is the main artery into downtown
Chicago (only 13 miles away) from the near-west suburbs and surrounding areas. There are more
than 259,000 vehicles traveling on the stretch of highway every day where Hillside Town Center
is poised.
