Preliminary Proposal / Sales Agreement
ExploreLearning Gizmos are visually stimulating interactive simulations for grades 3
through 12 that utilize online technology to engage students to learn challenging math
and science concepts.
SUBSCRIPTIONS TO GIZMOS
The following is to confirm a sales agreement / preliminary proposal between
ExploreLearning, part of Voyager Expanded Learning Company, and:
General Price List
Professional Development (Instructional Resources):
• 6 hours of training from a certified trainer on site
• Learn the intricacies of our Gizmos and website
• Improve overall student math and science proficiency
• Improve achievement of underperforming students
• Deliver web-based curriculum seamlessly into classrooms
• Engage students with instructional technology resources
• Align resources with state standards, textbooks, vocabulary and district
initiatives
• Increase teacher effectiveness w/ training that incorporates best practices
(McREL/Marzano)
• Increase student ability to interpret data
• Up to 20 teachers each session
ExploreLearning District Licenses:
Provides all math and science classrooms (teachers and students) with access to
over 400 math and science Gizmos; includes remote access, lesson plans and
assessments – teachers load Gizmos and enroll students in six class tabs.

Teacher Plus Students License
• One teacher and all his/her students will have access to all of the Gizmos
in our library
• Gizmos promote teaching in an inquiry-based way. Students can perform
many trials quickly, observe patterns in the data, and draw conclusions.
• Students can enroll directly in a class where they will “learn by doing” –
with Gizmos in a classroom, computer lab, or at home.
• Students can check their understanding of core concepts by interacting
with Gizmos to answer online assessment questions.
• Teachers can view student assessment results in an easy-to-read grid.
• Teachers can integrate Gizmos with homework assignments, quizzes, or
tests.
• Teachers can copy our Gizmos and paste them on a Word Document or a
Excel Spreadsheet

(This price includes a hands on, work at your own pace 3 week online
course that includes live forums via web 24/7 for Q & A with a certified
trainer or other teachers. One hour live webinars every Thursday. Each
teacher will also receive “Continuing Education Credit” for taking part.)
TOTAL: $674
School Department License (Math or Science)
• Allows a whole department to utilize ExploreLearning Gizmos at a school.
• All math or science teachers and their students will have access to
ExploreLearning Gizmos from school and home.
• Gizmos promote teaching in an inquiry-based way. Students can perform
many trials quickly, observe patterns in the data, and draw conclusions.
$1,995 Minimum / $4.25 Student: (12 month subscription)
$75 per Teacher: Online Training: A hands on, work at your own pace 3 week
online course that includes live forums via web 24/7 for Q & A with a certified
trainer or other teachers. One hour live webinars every Thursday. Each teacher
will also receive “Continuing Education Credit” for taking part
$1,500: Professional Development (optional)

teachers, and their students, for the entire school.
$2,995 Minimum / $7.00 Student: (12 month subscription)
$75 per Teacher: Online Training: A hands on, work at your own pace 3 week
online course that includes live forums via web 24/7 for Q & A with a certified
trainer or other teachers. One hour live webinars every Thursday. Each teacher
will also receive “Continuing Education Credit” for taking part

To initiate your subscription to ExploreLearning Gizmos, please fill out the agreement and
fax, with your PO, to ORDERS, ExploreLearning at 434-220-1484. Once received, we will
begin processing your order, setting up accounts and scheduling professional development
promptly. Account setup takes 24 - 48 hours, depending on backlog.
