The Yale Undergraduate Energy Club offers students interested in energy the opportunity to learn more. Through our weekly meetings, travel opportunities, speaker events, and special classes, we help students from diverse academic backgrounds gain a multidisciplinary understanding of different energy issues. 2010-2011 Accomplishments Campus-Wide Events: • Energy Policy Reform – speech by Dan Esty, Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection and former Yale Law Professor • Energy in the Developing World – speech by Yale Professor Alessandro Gomez • Climate Engineering – speech by Yale Professor Trude Storelvmo • Revenge of the Electric Car – preview screening of the film, followed by a Q&A with the award-winning director Chris Paine Private Meetings: • T.
