Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the sum of $166,000 out of the funds authorized to be

appropriated for construction of hangar, Air Corps field shops
5
and warehouse, headquarters building, photo, radio, para-
6
chute, and armament buildings, and paint, oil, and dope
7
warehouse at Marshall Field, Kansas, by. the Act of May 26,
8
1928 ( 45 Stat. 749) and for completion of hangar, field shop
9
and headquarters building and central heating plant at Mar-
