You will turn in a typed draft of your Works Consulted page on Wednesday, April 8th.
This list will include all of the sources that you have consulted and taken notes from
during your research. The librarians will score your final Works Consulted on this rubric.
Use your salmon (orange) colored “Preparing a Works Consulted for Research Papers”
packet or the version online and the rubric below to check that you have followed the
correct formatting for the Works Consulted page.
Works Consulted Format Rubric

The title Works Consulted appears centered at the top of the page.
The title Works Consulted does not use all caps, nor is the font bolded, underlined
or italicized.
Entries are alphabetized (‘the’, ‘a’, ‘an’ don’t count in alphabetizing).
Entries are not numbered.
The document is single spaced within each entry.
The document is double spaced between entries and between the title and first
entry.
The title and entries are typed in the same 12-point academic font.
The document uses hanging indents for entries longer than one line.
There are no proofreading errors.
