* RECOGNIZED STUDENT ORGANIZATION: Provided there is no admission, registration or entry fee, then there is no facility rental cost for the first four (4) consecutive hours of
use. If more than four (4) consecutive hours are needed for the same event, then the individual student organization may use up to half of each type of available facilities, for up
to two (2) consecutive days, and the base rental rate versus % will apply.
Arena Full and ¾ House Concert Configurations: Rent includes set-up of bleachers, floor cover installation, floor seats, stage barricade, janitorial, utilities, and all Arena support rooms
(Green Room, Dressing rooms, team/locker rooms, production off, box office space). Event staff and direct expenses are extra.


