Are you curious about how people learn science and mathematics? Consider UCSD’s new minors in Mathematics Education and Science Education. The new programs are suitable for anyone interested in teaching at the K-12, community college or undergraduate levels, and students interested in becoming more reflective learners. The new programs are part of California Teach, an initiative launched by the University of California and Governor Schwarzenegger to address California’s critical shortfall in secondary science and mathematics teachers.
