11/16/2009 — Can Bayram wins 2009 Boeing Engineering Student of the Year Award
Can Bayram, a PhD candidate under the supervision of Professor Manijeh Razeghi, Walter P. Murphy
Professor and Director of Center for Quantum Devices, has recently been selected by The Boeing
Company as the 2009 Engineering Student of the Year due to his impact, and potential for impact, of his
work on current and future aeronautical and space technology.

and day out can be a brutal challenge, but for those with lesser ambitions, it can be something that you do
