BDS Finance Organization Announcement As we continue to enhance our Finance team’s leadership capabilities, and rotate leaders across the business to gain and share important skills and experience, I am pleased to announce Will Station as director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for P-8 Programs. Will replaces Tiffany Harrison, who in November was named CFO for Boeing Test & Evaluation in Engineering, Operations & Technology (EO&T). Will’s assignment is effective Jan. 16. He will be responsible for overall financial management of the P -8 program, including the P -8A for the U.S. Navy and P-8 variants for international customers. He will report to Rick Fichera, director of Finance and CFO for Mobility, Surveillance & Engagement, and Jimmy Dodd, P -8 vice president and program manager, and will serve on the P -8 leadership team. Most recently, Will served as director for Financial Operations at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he was responsible for developing and executing business strategies and plans for optimal use of Financial Operations people, processes, and tools at BCA and in conjunction with enterprise initiatives. In nearly a decade with the company, he has served in management roles for Financial Planning & Analysis on the 777 program and in Accounting for BDS, and was an EO&T analyst. Before joining Boeing, he served as manager of internal audit and cost analysis at Southwestern Bell Company and as a Bank of America regional branch manager, responsible for multiple banking centers. Will holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in international business, from St. Louis University.
