SUBMISSION FORMAT:
A group should submit their lab assignment with a cover sheet that contains the names of all group
members (with their surnames written in all capital letters, the leader’s name bolded), course section,
group number, and lab assignment number. The group IDs numbers should not appear on the cover
sheet (FOIPP act). The group IDs should appear on all subsequent pages. The assignments must
be typewritten. All pages should be properly stapled. All questions should be numbered and
submitted in the order they are asked.
Here is a sample of the cover page. The fictional lecture section “A1” should be replaced by your
lecture section.
