Responsibilities:
• Leading the department and constantly pursue newer and better processes for effective service

Responsibilities:
• Implement, develop, ensure all QA programs / policies / procedures / guidelines are compliance
to the quality system requirements
• Set up organization QA requirements (eg ISO 9001:2008; SIO 17025:2005; ISO 14011:2004;
ISO13485:2003 & ISO 18001:2007)
• Conduct a periodic QA training & audits
