The members of the B1138 family share the same criteria of ordered and robust construction and are designed to achieve specific training programs. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE B1138 SERIES − – The basic unit is made of a rugged and stylish case which includes the commonly used facilities in the laboratory work, such as power supply, signals generator, auxiliary power source. The controls of these devices such as displays, potentiometers, input/output sockets are well identified and placed for effective use. The base unit also includes a breadboard for solderless mounting and a connectorized area to accommodate − one of the interchangeable printed circuit boards supplied with the trainer. The boards contain circuits already assembled and ready for experiments. Many test points are provided on the boards to easily connect measuring instruments. The boards are made with a clear and effective lay-out of the various elements in a way to help the student's understanding and learning The boards are robust and reliable and are very easy to maintain. The breadboard is recommended for additional exercises developed by the instructor or by the student. Accessories are contained in a plastic housing and include power cables, connectorized cables for the experiments and connection wires for the breadboard. A kit of electronic components for the experiments is included, and the instruction manual and minor accessories too. Ordering codes: − B1138-A1 − B1138-D1 ELECTRON S.R.L.
