Week of 2/1: Celebrating Black History Month
Add depth and dimension to your Black History Month lessons
with an amazing collection of resources highlighting key events,
movements, and traditions as well as notable leaders, poets, and
musicians.
Week of 2/8: Math-a-Mania!
This fun mix of math resources support young counters as well as
upper-level number crunchers. Elementary resources can be
used to enhance “100th Day of School” projects throughout
February.
Week of 2/15: Blast Off! The Solar System & Beyond
Grab your helmets and follow us into space! This week’s
resources support the on-air premiere of PBS KIDS newest
program, Ready, Jet, Go! (2/15) and reinforce key concepts in
science.
Week of 2/22: National Engineers Week
Explore the frontiers of engineering with PBS! Featured resources
highlight careers in engineering and offer students a look at what
it takes to design rockets, jets, and 3D printers.
