Welcome to Constitutional Law II! Or, “Welcome Back”…
In this course we will continue to examine our constitutional foundations, with a focus
on the rights of individuals under the Due Process Clause, Bill of Rights, and other
Amendments. The required text for this course is:

As with last semester, there will also be additional required materials posted to TWEN
from time to time. As a study aid, I recommend, but do not require:

In advance of our first class session, please do the following:
1. Read casebook pp. 711-740.
2. Sign up for my TWEN course entitled: “Constitutional Law II – Spring 2015.”
