Or, “Welcome Back”… In this course we will continue to examine our constitutional foundations, with a focus on the rights of individuals under the Due Process Clause, Bill of Rights, and other Amendments. The required text for this course is: - CHEMERINSKY, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (4th ed.) (casebook) As with last semester, there will also be additional required materials posted to TWEN from time to time. As a study aid, I recommend, but do not require: - CHEMERINSKY, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW: PRINCIPLES & POLICIES (4th ed.) (hornbook) In advance of our first class session, please do the following: 1. Read casebook pp. 711-740. 2. Sign up for my TWEN course entitled: “Constitutional Law II – Spring 2015.” I will hand out the full syllabus during our first class. Enjoy your break!
