How to Resister for a CLEP/DSST Exam
CLEP: CLEP registration is now a two-paft process.
First, candidates must create an account, register for an exam, and receive a voucher registration ticket
with CLEP College Board at http://clep.collegeboard.org/register/exam. Candidates must bring the
corresponding CLEP registration ticket on the day of testing. (Note: Active dufy military members i.vill
check a bo.r that slates they' are eligible lor DANTES-l'unded exams during the registratiorr process. By
selecting this and providing the necessary infornration the exarn total will be $0.00 rvhen these oandidates
conl-rrm the order at the end of the registration process. If eligible DAN'I'ES-firnded exarn candidates do not
select this box during the registration process. it will associate the lee rvith tlre exanr.)
Second, candidates must schedule an appointment time Lrsing the NTC Reservation System.

Important RNTC Schedulins Notes
Monday, Wednesday and Friday appointments are open to any CLEP/DSST exam reservation, except the Principles
of Public Speaking DSST exam. The Principles of Public Speaking DSST is only adrninistered on Thursdays at
08:30 (Pt l) and l3:30-16:00 (Pt 2). Candidates interested in taking the Principles of Public Speaking DSST must
schedule Pt 1 at 08:30 as well as a half hour Pt 2 appointment in the afternoon at 13:30, l4:00, l4:30, 15:00 or
15:30. Please note that only two candidates can take Pt2 at the same time. Additionally, no other CLEPiDSST
exams are given on Thursdays.
