Results:  8  customized  marketing  action  plans,  new  budget,  catalog,  and   www.andersonranch.org

Directed  all  public  relations  and  marketing  communication  initiatives  for  seven  artistic  

Program  Directors  at  this  $6million/yr.  nonprofit.  

Worked  with  the  President,  Development  Director,  and  internal  and  external   designers/developers  to  craft  a  new  graphical  identity,  workshop  catalog,  and  website.  

Created  comprehensive  two-­‐year,  six-­‐figure  marketing  plan,  and  media  allocation/buys  to   drive  enrollments  and  increase  program  retention.  Enrollments  rose  10%  in  my  first  year.  

Cultivated  and  maintained  relationships  with  print,  broadcast  and  electronic  media   representatives  and  stakeholders  in  the  local  and  national  arts  communities.    

 

Colorado  Mountain  College  |   Director  of  Marketing/Communications  [2001-­‐2005]  

Results:  new  college-­‐wide  intranet,  won  2005  Gold  Medal  Award  from  Admissions  Marketing  Report  

  for  transforming  class  schedule  publishing  process  saving  50,000  pages  and  $20,000  postage/yr.  

Led  three-­‐person  marketing/publications  team  and  freelance  graphic  designer  and  nine   campus  marketing  ambassadors  to  recruit  high  school,  adult,  and  ESL  students  to  college   serving  over  25,000  students  a  year.  

Worked  with  the  Board  and  Dean  of  College  Relations  and  Development  to  plan  and  manage   multiple  promotional  recruitment  initiatives  and  a  $300K+  annual  marketing  budget.  

 

 

 

 

Managed  all  marketing  and  e-­‐marketing  for  a  12-­‐campus,  10,000  sq.  mile  system  including   advertising  and  publication  of  class  schedules,  brochures,  and  development  of  web  sites

Launched  an  internal  communications  portal  at  enews.coloradomtn.edu  

Deployed  bus  and  airport  display  ads,  print  and  website  advertising,  and  touch  screen  video   kiosks  in  all  twelve  campus  lobbies.  

 

Aspen  Research  Group,  Ltd.  |  Director  of  Marketing/Communications  &  Webmaster   [1997-­‐2001]  

 

Results:  increased  product  sales  by  5-­‐10%  a  quarter  for  four  consecutive  quarters,  won  Advertising  

Award  from  Futures  Magazine  for  the  highest  ad  readership  in  the  industry.  

Directed  packaging  design,  direct  mail,  web  SEO,  advertising,  and  trade  show  appearances  to   build  market  share  for  Aspen  Graphics  technical  analysis  software.

Merrill  Lynch  |  Supervisor,  Broker  Transfer   [1992-­‐1997]  

Results:  directed  team  of  ten  representatives  to  transfer  approximately  2,000  accounts  totaling  $1.4  

  million  into  180  east  coast  and  international  branch  offices  each  week.  

Used  people  skills,  phone  skills,  communication  and  technical  abilities  to  recruit  financial   consultants  from  other  brokerage  firms  to  Merrill  Lynch.  

Won  Special  Achievement  Award  for  creating  an  intranet  portal  for  employees/staff  to  share   information  related  to  transferring  accounts.
