It will be at the discretion of the Hearing Officer to upgrade and add to sanctions concerning incidents of excessive amounts of alcohol (present or consumed), multiple violations, and prior judicial history. Failure to comply or complete any of the above noted sanction(s) will result in further judicial action. Each judicial hearing will be based on individual merit. The Hearing Officer will consider mitigating and/or aggravating circumstances and reserves the right to decrease/increase any sanctions noted above.
