About this Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement
This is a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS) issued by Wyndham Vacation
Resorts South Pacific Ltd ACN 090 503 923 for the WorldMark South Pacific Club ARSN 092
334 015. This SPDS supplements the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) prepared 1 March 2014
(“offer”) and must be read in conjunction with the PDS and any other SPDS when an offer is
made within Australia.
Terms used in this SPDS have the same meaning as given to those terms in the PDS.

This SPDS amends the PDS as follows:

Jorge is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Wyndham Vacation Ownership,
our parent company based in Orlando, Florida, United States.
Jorge joined Wyndham in 2010 and oversees the parent company’s Legal Services team which
is responsible for all legal functions, including Corporate and Sales Compliance, Title Services
and Product Acquisition and Development. Jorge has more than 18 years of legal experience in
the timeshare industry.

Purchase Price of Vacation Credits
Section 7.2 on page 37 of the PDS is replaced with the following:
The Purchase Price of Vacation Credits is determined by us and can be changed at any time by issuing a new PDS or by issuing a
supplementary PDS. The Developer, as the person entitled to the proceeds of Vacation Credits under the Constitution, may from time
to time and at its sole discretion request that we offer discounts to the public. Any discounts offered are deducted from the Developer’s
entitlement to the proceeds.
The current initial purchase price of Standard and Premier Owner Vacation Credits is AUD$3.079 per Vacation Credit. Discounts
apply when higher amounts of Premier Owner Vacation Credits are purchased. There are no discounts applicable to the purchase of
Standard Owner Vacation Credits.
The current cost of Premier Owner Vacation Credits is set out in the following table:

Environmental Levy
The Fijian Government announced in October 2015 that it will introduce an Environment Levy of 6% on the tourism industry
commencing 1 January 2016, in exchange for a reduction to the Value Added Tax (VAT). Owners will be required to pay this
Environmental Levy, in addition to the Credit Values and STT that will apply for a stay at the resort, and it will be applied to room
accounts for payment on checkout. Further details of this additional fee can be obtained from the Owner Services team at (or prior
to) booking.

Located 30 minutes from Newcastle Airport and positioned just metres from
the turquoise waters of idyllic Shoal Bay Beach, Ramada Shoal Bay provides the
perfect getaway, where you can do as much or as little as you like. There are 34
Club Apartments in this Resort, including twelve studio apartments, twelve onebedroom apartments and ten two-bedroom apartments.
This Club Resort is in the heart of the Melbourne business district on the corner of
William Street and Little Bourke Street. There will be 85 Club Apartments contained
within the two tower high rise mixed use complex and will include studio, one, two and
three-bedroom apartments including Presidential suites with additional features of
built-in fireplaces, wine refrigerators and outdoor lounge and dining areas.

Available Vacation Credits
Section 10.9 on page 59 of the PDS is replaced with the following:
As at 30 September 2015:
- There are 51,420 Owners in the Club who hold a total of 743,967,000 Vacation Credits; and
- 5,540,130 Vacation Credits have been allocated by us against current Club Apartments but have not been issued (or sold) to Owners.
Directors’ Consent
As directors of Wyndham, Matthew Taplin, Gary Croker and Jorge De La Osa have consented to and authorised the issue
of this SPDS and have not withdrawn that consent.
